I started LVL3 Technology Partners because I've seen both sides of the IT services industry—and I knew there was a better way to do this.
My Story
I'm originally from Cambodia. My parents fled to the United States in the 1980s when I was just a year old, escaping the genocide that devastated our country in the mid-70s. That experience shaped how I approach everything—with gratitude, resilience, and a deep appreciation for the opportunities this country has given my family.
I've spent over 20 years working my way through every layer of IT—from answering help desk calls to engineering networks, securing systems, and managing complex projects. I've supported hospitals, schools, banks, and government agencies. That journey taught me something critical: businesses don't need more technology. They need the right technology, implemented well, and supported by someone who actually cares.
Why I Started LVL3
Throughout my career, one frustration stood out above all others: the breakdown in communication between IT providers and the businesses they serve.
The bigger the company I worked for, the more disconnected they became from their clients. Businesses were reduced to ticket numbers. Calls went unanswered. Problems lingered. And worst of all, clients felt like they couldn't trust the people managing their most critical systems.
I started LVL3 to fix that.
